I'm not a diet coach. I'm a coach who fixes the systems running underneath your body, the pieces that quietly decide whether fat loss feels effortless or impossible. Hormones, gut health, metabolism, sleep, stress, inflammation. Celebrity diets, quick fixes and shake diets never touch any of this, and it's the only work that actually matters once you cross 40.

For decades the diet industry has told women they were lazy, broken or not trying hard enough. Few of them were. After 40 it can feel like the rules have quietly changed. Hormones shift. The gut becomes less forgiving. The calorie deficit that worked at 30 starts to stall at 45. Eat less and move more can stop being the answer, and quietly become the problem itself.
