No. While we are happy to create a personalised gym program for you, it is not necessary.
IF you do prefer the gym, Dan will create a gym program specifically for your goals.

Please note: It is important to understand, despite us accomodating for your lifestyle, this will require commitment and results will only come from you making this a priority.
This is NOT a quick fix and we strongly discourage anyone from starting the our System if they are unable to make it a priority.
While you can certainly follow the Fat Loss System while on holiday, we recommend postponing your start date if you will be away for more than 10 days during the program.
This is to ensure optimal results by simplifying your routine and increasing effectiveness.
If you do decide to proceed regardless, we can pause your program while you're on holidays, and continue when you're back home.
There's no need to wait to start the program because of an upcoming event.
